With more than 93,000 m² of built area on a 25,000 m² plot, the Financial City is composed of four office buildings and one residential building, all featuring seven floors and two underground basements with capacity for 800 vehicles. The complex also includes a 1,500 m² commercial zone with a convention center, training academy, restaurants, gym, and preschool facilities.

As the Institutional Technical Supervisor, Mangol Oil Energy Service ensures strict compliance with engineering, sustainability, and safety standards at every stage of construction, including:

Mangol oversees the implementation of modular solutions and open spaces, intelligent lighting, ventilation, and access control systems, as well as the validation of requirements for international certifications. The supervision also includes:
